The secluded south facing pool and spa are surrounded by conservation areas and is an ideal setting for alfresco dining and watching the Floridian sunset.
Sunset Ridge is a new gated development ideally situated for easy access to all major attractions with Disney only a 15 minute drive. Orlando airport is only 30 minutes away and Sanford is 50 minutes.
For the golfer the award winning Southern Dunes, Champions gate, Ridgewood Lakes and Highlands Reserve championship courses are all located just a ten minute drive away.
Supermarkets Publix, Winn Dixie and Wal-Mart are all close by.
The villa has 2 master bedrooms, both en-suite with queen sized beds. En-suites have baths with integral showers and are fully equipped with towels and hairdryers the second Master en-suite also has direct access to the pool area. There are 3 Twin bedrooms with large closets and additional storage. They share a full bathroom between them.
The spacious open plan lounge looks out and has access to the pool area through patio doors. For your entertainment there is a large cable television and PS2. The second lounge is an ideal place to sit away from the noise of the television.
The dining area has seating for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer microwave cooker dishwasher toaster coffee maker blender etc and Breakfast bar. There is a separate Laundry room with a large washing machine tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
Outside, the area is fully screened covering the large pool with spa which has a wonderful conservation outlook. For your entertainment we provide table and chairs, sun loungers and pool toys.
